This role exists to continuously make awesome the systems that power everything behind the scenes. You’ll craft the tools, features and interfaces that make it possible for internal framework and progression teams to serve top-tier customers with clarity, consistency and unity. What you create becomes the way we work—and the reason it works.

You’ll collaborate closely with teammates who use what you build every day to orchestrate complexity for customers and deliver a seamless experience at scale. You’ll learn directly from their user experience to build useful features that feel one step ahead of what they need. When done right, the complex becomes intuitive, what the user needs is simply obvious and the tech just works—no instructions required.

You bring strong full stack experience across modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, and are comfortable owning everything from front-end polish to back-end flow. You’ll make things simple, performant and a joy to use—not just for customers, but for our own internal teams. You’ll work side-by-side with other developers focused on the same mission—each owning distinct elements that come together in unified, intentional deployments. The collaboration is real, the ownership is clear and the impact is shared.

What you’ll own:

• Designing, building and improving features across our Nucleus platform
• Making complex relationships (between data, workflows and people) feel seamless and usable
• Evolving our system UI using Next.js, Tailwind and TypeScript
• Building and maintaining APIs and services using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB
• Working in and improving our dev environment—bonus if you know CI/CD via GitHub Actions or Azure
• Collaborating deeply with teammates who rely on your tools to operate from truth and deliver seamless flow
• Spotting friction and transforming it into elegant function
• Building from what’s needed now while seeing the bigger picture ahead and keeping room for what’s next
