Customer Orchestration

You keep things moving, make things happen and get stuff done.

This role exists to own and drive seamless execution for active customer initiatives. You lead the progression of workstreams from request to tangible delivery of their objectives. When done right, customers enjoy clear interactions, dependable progress and complete deliverables on a daily basis.

Your focus is forward motion. You are the primary contact for key customer Design, Engineering and Construction teams (and their vendors). Being on the Progression team, you’ll ensure most steps are anticipated ahead of time, carried to completion and orchestrated seamlessly. In collaboration with the Framework team who owns the customer-approved facts, you make every operational initiative happen in real conditions and timing for perfect outcomes.

You thrive in momentum. From kickoff to completion, you know when to move, when to pause, when to adjust—and how to make sure everyone is informed and aligned. You’ll leverage systems we built to help you fully own every piece of what needs executing, allowing your  focus to stay on the customer. By anticipating needs, eliminating blockers and delivering consistently, your priority is an exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll own:

  • Moving and actioning customer initiatives from intent to done right
  • Anticipating and executing needs before customers need to ask
  • Delivering seamless outcomes that feel effortless and on-point
  • Securing outputs that meet customer expectations from vendors
  • Aligning elements of active workstreams to make connections
  • Validating details at every stage (with the help of our systems) to ensure all live and moving pieces match customer-approved facts
  • Curating clear, consistent, impactful customer resolutions, action-items, decision-points, deliverables and information
  • Adapting to evolving needs while keeping clarity, flow and precision
  • Feedback loops to link everything and keep it moving forward
  • Making the work yours—your ideas, instincts and strengths have a  real impact here
