You foresee gaps and create ways around things that try to get in the way.

This role exists to keep everything flowing—from upstream commitments through final delivery—so customers receive the right gear and equipment, on time, every time. You own supply chain visibility across vendors, components, shipments and site conditions, making sure nothing critical slips through. And when something comes up that tries to get in the way, you get creative and find a new way to make it happen.

You’ll work closely with vendors and internal teams to stay ahead of lead times, dependencies and readiness signals. Whether it’s qualifying special component details that need close attention, surfacing upstream issues early, tracking production and shipment milestones, or confirming what’s needed for a smooth handoff at the dock—you’re on it before it becomes a blocker.

You’ll also coordinate closely with Framework and Progression teammates to sync timing with decisions, approvals and live customer design and build workstreams. When done right, supply chain flows expectations are proactively managed before they’re violated—making sure every delivery reflects the plan with zero drama.

What you’ll own:

• Tracking and confirming end-to-end supply chain signals across vendor production, fulfillment and readiness
• Surfacing lead time risks, upstream gaps and critical dependencies before they cause disruption
• Coordinating timelines and delivery expectations across vendor, customer and internal teams
• Ensuring all documentation, shipping details and compliance files are complete, accurate, up-to-date and conveyed before delivery
• Structuring and dependably executing proactive, simple, usable, shareable updates that keep teams aligned without needing to chase info
• Maintaining clear visibility from request through receiving for customers across their critical equipment supply chains
• Supporting and communicating real-time logistics tracking and resolution when shipments are in motion
• Making sure deliveries happen as expected and the right stakeholders are properly informed every step of the way
• Collaborating with Progression and Framework teammates to prepare and flawlessly execute every stage of the supply chain
